McKayla Conaway is a part of our front desk and housekeeping team and has worked at Hampton Inn & Suites Marshalltown for three years.

She agreed to take on the task of learning the front desk, as well as housekeeping, and excelled very quickly! She is always eager to learn, and is proactive in asking all the right questions. She has since received many compliments from guests and fellow co-workers.
