    These awards celebrate those who consistently deliver outstanding service, going above and beyond in their roles.   • Marriott in Munster, Indiana achieved a Green Zone in the 2023 Wave 1 Global Accountability Program
    Congratulations to our Marriott in Munster, Indiana, on achieving a Green Zone in the 2023 Wave 1 Global Accountability Program.

    They achieved this status with scores 61 percent or higher for Select & Premium hotels and 65 percent or higher for luxury hotels in guest voice Intent to Recommend (ITR) as well as 80 percent or higher for Select & Premium hotels and 82 percent or higher for Luxury hotels on the Brand Standard Audit (BSA).

  • Home2 Suites Fort Myers Receives Conrad Achievement Award

    Our Home 2 Suites Fort Myers team celebrated their Conrad Achievement Award yesterday!

    We are very proud of them and their accomplishments with this prestigious award. The Conrad Achievement Award is awarded to the top 1% of the Total Quality Scorecard (TQS) metrics of the brand and they ranked 4th out of 461 hotels in 2021.

    This means our property's housekeeping and cleanliness significantly surpassed expectations, as measured during the inspector's comprehensive onsite inspection and is in the top 25% of the 27,000 hotels AAA inspects annually.

  • GHS's Hampton Inn Warsaw awarded AAA Inspector's Best of Housekeeping 2020

    For a property to earn the Inspector's Best of Housekeeping award, the property must demonstrate excellent housekeeping, while also being free of AAA member complaints. 

    During the on-site inspection of this property, the housekeeping was measured as far surpassing expectations. Therefore, Hampton Inn Warsaw, IN, has been awarded the AAA Inspector's Best of Housekeeping award for 2020.

  • Home2 Suites Indianapolis Downtown Receives 2016 New Build/Adaptive Reuse Award by Hilton Hotels

    Our very own Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown received the Hilton 2016 New Build/Adaptive Reuse Award!!  This 102-room boutique hotel is located at the corner of Pennsylvania Ave and East Wabash St inside the Penn Street Tower building situated in the heart of downtown.  The building was originally built in 1910, and we completed the rennovation to open Home2 Suites in 2016.

  • Homewood Suites Downtown Indianapolis is Setting the Bar!

    The Homewood Suites in Downtown Indianapolis was recognized by the Hilton brand last month. They recieved the Star Performance award for having the highest meeting room revenue using the e-Events tool for 2016 for all Homewood Suites!!! Great job to all of the Homewood staff and lets look at having an even better 2017!!! GOOD job team. Keep it up.
